Sarah Khan signs a web series

KARACHI: Sarah Khan, who entered the showbiz industry with her attractive smile in an advertisement, has signed a Pakistani web series directed by Anjum Shehzad.

The web series will also feature actor Bilal Abbas. Sarah revealed some details about her upcoming project in an interview. She said:

“This [web series] will be shot in Pakistan. Bilal Abbas is doing a lead role with me in this project which is directed by Anjum Shehzad. Almost 50 per cent shooting is done and we are waiting for the rest to complete after this situation [of coronavirus] normalizes.”

She further added that the duration of each episode would be quite shorter as compared to a drama serial.

Talking about the story of this web series, the Deewar-e-Shab actor said that the script is different from all those dramas she’s done till now.

“Story [of this web series] is very different from the normal stories. This is about a girl, and it is all about fantasy, and the imaginary world she lives in. Basically, she has an imagination of a town where everyone is fictional. I am confident people would love this series,” Sarah Khan said.
